Welcome to Two Guys Gastro Pub. By visiting our restaurant and pub, you agree to the following terms and house rules:

General Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully. Fighting, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave if they behave inappropriately. Guests may be banned from returning.
Any damage to restaurant property may result in compensation claims and may be reported to authorities.

Safety & Security

CCTV cameras are in operation for safety and security purposes only.
All guests are covered under our restaurant insurance in case of accidents or incidents on the premises.
We are not responsible for lost or unattended belongings.

Age Policy & Alcohol

Alcohol is not served to persons under 18 years of age.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We do not recommend that guests under 18 remain in the pub area after 22:00.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated.

Reservations

We kindly ask that reservations be cancelled in advance if plans change.
Reservations may be released if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.
During peak hours, table seating may be time-limited.
For larger groups, we recommend pre-ordering to ensure the best experience.
Split bills may not always be possible for larger groups.

Food & Drinks

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol.
Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.

Use of Premises

Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
Guests are only allowed in public areas. Access to staff areas is strictly prohibited.
Toilets are to be used for their intended purpose only.

Payments

We accept card payments. Acceptance of cash cannot be guaranteed.

Respect for Surroundings

We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors when entering and leaving the premises.

Privacy (GDPR)

Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please inform our staff.
All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Säkerhet

Kameraövervakning används endast i säkerhetssyfte.
Alla gäster omfattas av vår restaurangförsäkring vid eventuella olyckor.
Vi ansvarar inte för kvarglömda eller obevakade tillhörigheter.

Åldersgräns & Alkohol

Alkohol serveras inte till personer under 18 år.
Gäster under 18 år ska vara i sällskap med vuxen.
Vi rekommenderar att personer under 18 år inte vistas i puben efter kl. 22:00.
Vi förbehåller oss rätten att neka alkoholservering till gäster som uppfattas som berusade.

Bokningar

Vi ber er vänligen att avboka i god tid vid ändrade planer.
Bokningar kan släppas om gäster anländer mer än 15 minuter sent utan att meddela oss.
Under hög belastning kan sittplatser vara tidsbegränsade.
Större sällskap rekommenderas att förbeställa mat.
Separata notor kan vara begränsade för större sällskap.

Mat & Dryck

Det är inte tillåtet att ta med egen mat eller dryck.
Medhavd alkohol är förbjuden.
Informera personalen om eventuella allergier innan beställning.

Lokaler

Rökning är inte tillåten inomhus.
Gäster får endast vistas i publika utrymmen. Personalutrymmen är förbjudna.
Toaletter får endast användas för sitt ändamål.

Betalning

Vi accepterar kortbetalning. Kontantbetalning kan ej garanteras.

Hänsyn

Vi ber våra gäster att visa hänsyn till våra grannar vid ankomst och avfärd.

Integritet (GDPR)

Foto och video kan tas i marknadsföringssyfte. Meddela oss om du inte vill synas.
Personuppgifter hanteras enligt GDPR.
